GlobePlanner is a free prototype provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind, explicit or implied, and without any guarantee of availability, continuity, or accuracy.

Itineraries, prices, schedules, weather conditions, travel tips, visa requirements, and local regulations (including drone rules) are automatically generated by AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated. The user is strictly required to ALWAYS verify critical information with official sources (embassies, transport companies, local authorities) before making any booking or traveling. We are not a travel agency.

GlobePlanner does not sell any tickets or services. Bookings take place exclusively on third-party partner websites. These transactions are solely governed by the terms and policies of those third parties; GlobePlanner is under no circumstances a party to or liable for these agreements.

Service usage is limited to one account per individual. AI usage is subject to a quota (by default 30 requests per day per user) to keep the service free. Any abuse, attempt to circumvent limits, or automated querying (scraping) will result in immediate account suspension.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim liability for any loss, injury, or damage, whether material or immaterial (direct or indirect), arising from the use of the service, AI-generated content, or bookings and travel arrangements made with third-party platforms.
